Homes Now, Inc.'s mission focuses on constructing and monitoring quality housing,
enhancing the lives of many, including income restricted families, veterans, individuals with
special needs, seniors and women and children survivors of domestic violence all while
contributing to community development. The ultimate goal is to create inclusionary housing
that remains affordable, offers increased housing and services and allows individuals to
thrive in all aspects of life. Housing is a basic right and foundation for success in life, we all
benefit when we have a safe place to call home.

Homes Now, Inc., established in 1997, is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit community development
corporation incorporated for the purpose of providing quality affordable housing.
Homes Now, Inc. has developed or assisted in the development and rehabilitation of more
than 600 deed restricted affordable housing units resulting in more than 650 affordable
housing credits throughout the Township of Brick, Stafford, Atlantic City and
Pennsauken, including:

    violence
  • 12 unit apartment facility for veterans, persons with special needs and low/moderate income
    affordable families in the Township of Brick
  • 54 unit apartment facility for low income seniors and persons with special needs in Atlantic City
  • 184 unit apartment facility for low income seniors and persons with special needs in the
    Township of Brick
  • 303 unit apartment facility for low/moderate affordable families in the Township of Pennsauken

Homes Now, Inc. provides assistance to municipalities in all stages of affordable housing
compliance, including planning, construction, monitoring and reporting of affordable
housing credits. We currently monitor all of the existing units through annual
inspections to ensure compliance of affordability controls.

For over 27 years Homes Now, Inc. has developed and provided quality affordable
