About Us

Homes Now, Inc.'s mission focuses on constructing and monitoring quality housing, ​enhancing the lives of many, including income restricted families, veterans, individuals with ​special needs, seniors and women and children survivors of domestic violence all while ​contributing to community development. The ultimate goal is to create inclusionary housing ​that remains affordable, offers increased housing and services and allows individuals to ​thrive in all aspects of life. Housing is a basic right and foundation for success in life, we all ​benefit when we have a safe place to call home.

Homes Now, Inc., established in 1997, is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit community development ​corporation incorporated for the purpose of providing quality affordable housing. ​Homes Now, Inc. has developed or assisted in the development and rehabilitation of more ​than 600 deed restricted affordable housing units resulting in more than 650 affordable ​housing credits throughout the Township of Brick, Stafford, Atlantic City and ​Pennsauken, including:

• 39 single family detached homes throughout the Townships of Brick and Stafford
  
• 8 four bedroom supportive housing units for persons with special needs throughout the ​Townships of brick and Stafford
  
• 17 unit transitional safe housing facility for women and children who are survivors of domestic ​violence
  
• 12 unit apartment facility for veterans, persons with special needs and low/moderate income ​affordable families in the Township of Brick
  
• 54 unit apartment facility for low income seniors and persons with special needs in Atlantic City
  
• 184 unit apartment facility for low income seniors and persons with special needs in the ​Township of Brick
  
• 303 unit apartment facility for low/moderate affordable families in the Township of Pennsauken
  

Due to the above facilities, Homes Now, Inc. has established the following subsidiaries for ​management purposes:

• Homes Now Tudor Village, Inc.
  
• Homes Now Beachview Residence, Inc.
  
• Homes Now Sycamore Ridge, Inc.
  

Homes Now, Inc. provides assistance to municipalities in all stages of affordable housing ​compliance, including planning, construction, monitoring and reporting of affordable ​housing credits. We currently monitor all of the existing units through annual ​inspections to ensure compliance of affordability controls.
