Supportive Housing

Homes Now, Inc. is a developer of quality supportive housing throughout the ​State of New Jersey. To date Homes Now has developed and constructed (8) 4 ​bedroom 2 bathroom, fully handicap accessible, supportive housing units in ​the Townships of Brick and Stafford. In addition to these homes we have ​developed and constructed 33 ADA compliant apartment units for various ​service providers to accommodate their consumers. These supportive housing ​units offer around the clock care and provide a safe place to call home for ​adults with disabilities. The providers for our special needs community include: ​Enable, Inc., Community Options, Inc., and The Arc of Ocean County, and ​Resources for Human Development.
